The living room is a warm space with a comfy sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area also has an oversized window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the room and gives a fantastic view of London's skyline from the seventh floor. We will prepare an air mattress for extra guests to sleep on before your arrival. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an electric stove, a microwave and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a king bed, a wardrobe and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. This property is situated in one of the most desirable areas of London. This location offers easy access to some of London's most popular attractions, including Greenwich Park, Greenwich Market and the iconic Cutty Sark. For a great dining experience, Trafalgar Tavern, Premier Inn London Greenwich hotel and Pepper Saint Ontiod are all a stone's throw away. Takeaways such as Greenwich Tavern are also nearby. This is truly a unique location to experience all London offers. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Deptford Rail Station, is just a 5-minutes walk. London City Airport is an 38-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
