This bright, thoughtfully arranged studio brings the sleeping, living and dining areas together in one open-plan space, with a separate bathroom and private balcony. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, while curtains create a cosy setting in the evening.

The sleeping area features a double bed, bedside lighting and storage drawers beneath the bed. A comfortable sofa with cushions and a throw provides a place to relax and watch TV. There’s also a dining table with seating for two, perfect for breakfast or an evening meal.

The compact kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, countertop dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, alongside crockery, glasses and cutlery for dining in.

The separate bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower and glass screen, a washbasin, toilet, large mirrors and a heated towel rail.

Step onto the private balcony for some fresh air and a view of the surrounding neighbourhood.

A washing machine, iron and drying rack are also available, making the studio practical for longer visits as well as short city breaks.

This is a residential street in a quiet neighbourhood. We ask guests to be kind and respect the neighbourhood, our community and our neighbours.

No parties or gatherings. No visitors who aren't part of your booking.

Quiet hours after 10pm.

No smoking anywhere in the property. Evidence of smoking incurs a £300 cleaning fee.

Close windows when you head out — prevents water damage.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
