This bright lower-ground apartment has its own private entrance, a proper outdoor seating area, and enough flexible sleeping space for families, groups of friends or longer work stays. The living room is open and modern with two comfortable sofa-beds (each 190 × 123 cm – larger than a standard UK small double) plus a dining table that seats seven and a 55-inch smart TV with all the usual streaming apps. The bedroom has a double bed and an extra chairbed (100 × 190 cm) with a mattress topper, so you can easily configure the place for different group sizes. All bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking – gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer, plus a Dolce Gusto machine, Moka pot and French press. You’ll also find the usual basics (tea, coffee, oil, salt, sugar and cleaning supplies). The bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower – still a welcome extra in central London. Underfloor heating in most rooms keeps the place warm, and the private patio gives you outdoor space that most central London flats simply don’t have. Fast WiFi (around 70 Mbps) is solid for video calls and streaming. Self check-in with a lockbox makes arrival straightforward at any time. You’re a short walk from Paddington Station, Lancaster Gate, Queensway and Bayswater. Kensington Palace, Little Venice, Notting Hill and Marble Arch are all easily reachable on foot or a quick bus/tube ride. Plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés sit right on the doorstep.
