I contacted the Stephen on 15/08 who confirmed everything was ready for us to stay however when I arrived to the property there was 7 people staying there and my booking was cancelled when the 4 of us were standing outside leaving us stranded in London on the Coldplay weekend desperate to find a place to stay. This was an absolute disgrace do NOT book here!

Filthy and noisy

We had this house booked for two stays during the same trip. (In the middle we attended a wedding in the English countryside.) We did not actually stay for this time frame. The house was filthy. From the moment we entered, I texted with the property manager about how dirty it was. The neighborhood is very noisy. There were people screaming all night in the house directly next door. We hardly slept. Avoid at all costs.

Unprofessional host

Our booking was cancelled when we were in front of the property with no communication from the host. No answer to text messages and calls directed to voicemail. Property located in dodgy London naibourhood, unsuitable for listing on a travel platform. Awful experience.Avoid at all cost.

Disgusting

This property was filthy. We communicated with the property manager, which was very frustrating. They did change out one filthy carpeting with a new one. Somehow that was supposed to be enough, even though the bathrooms were moldy and floors dirty. The towels had stains. We were supposed to return to the house for the second part of our trip, but we rented another place instead. I did contact VRBO, but while trying to discuss the issue, the property manager hung up mid conversation.
