Great stay
Loved staying outside the city centre and getting to see a local side of London. Good neighborhood, nice place, the owner is easy to get a hold of and as accommodative as possible.

Great location. Very cluttered
The location was great for what we needed. It is a live in vrbo so expect there to be clutter. Pile of belongings stacked on top stairwell. Belongings piled up behind furniture and in closets. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries.

London Stay for Crystal Palace Game
Had tickets to the Crystal Palace-Brighton game and due to some conflicts with previously arranged accommodations needed to find a place to stay quickly. Al was quick to respond and good with other communications. Flat was as advertised, clean with everything we needed - including WiFi and a television. It was even decorated for the holidays, which was a cute touch. It was a quick walk to the train station and main high street for restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, Al was a great host.

Great spot nestled in Crystal Palace
Really enjoyed the flat - everything you would want. Al was very communicative and more than happy to give information when asked when questions arose. I had to leave early and Al's very detailed directions on check out were a godsend. Any time I'm in London, if it's free I'm there!

What a fantastic place. It had everything we needed.
We had a fantastic stay at Al's place. A few minutes walk to town where everything is available. Al was fantastic. We bothered him so much .... lol. He answered every email, phone call and text that we sent him. The internet was down, but it was no fault of Al's. He sent a repairman and it was a bad cable. Its a few minutes walk to the train station which takes you straight into London. When we got to Brighton and checked into our hotel, we both said we missed Al's apartment. Will definitely stay again when in London.

Great accommodation
This has become my go to property because it's close for work when I'm in London. The property is spacious and very homely. I like the fact that it's a lived in space with all the home comforts. I'll be in London quite regularly for the foreseeable future and will always look for this property's availability first before looking for anywhere else.

Disappointing
More cons than pros. Bedroom freezing as radiator didn't work properly & no extra blankets. TV problems eventually sorted after a day. Whole property needs updating and also a deep clean. The property is full of the owners personal stuff which leaves it cluttered and yet basics missing, like beside lamp. Pros are the heating in the living room was comfortable and warm. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Bathroom & shower fine.

Great accommodation
We stayed at the flat for four days and was really impressed with the accommodation. It had everything we needed and comes really well equipped and for the price you couldn't have wished for anything more. The flat is situated over a shop with access on the side road but the entrance belies the quality of the flat. It was perfect for us. Thanks Al
