The property is incredibly well located, just a few steps from the Farringdon station which could be easily reached from anywhere in central London in about 15 minutes or so, the area is very walkable and there are many good options to have breakfast, lunch or even a fancy dinner. The apartment definitively needs work, the coach is ripped and cover with blankets to "disguise" the ripped area. There is a broken mirror in the living room (I assume that was hanged somewhere in the apartment, but now that is broken there is no need to have it as part of the decoration) The faucet on the main bedroom bath is not secured, every time we had to open it was stressfull thinking that it´ll break and flood the apartment. In addition to that, the valve to flush the toilet on that same bathroom was broken, we had to stop using that bathroom to nothing more that liquid wastes as it would be a mcgyver mission to flush the toilet when finished (we did it the first time and never used it anymore) The place have a HUGE potential, It was not cheap at all! I don`t understand why the people in charge of the maintenance invest a couple of hundred pounds to repair these issues (I read several reviews complaining about the exact same issues from months ago, unfortunately didn´t read them before booking) Would not stay again.

The property was closer to Farringdon Station than I expected, making it accessible from several underground lines. Very easy to get to anywhere in the city with just a short walk to the station. There is a CO-Op store near by for quick groceries, including fresh fruit. Lots of pubs and coffee shops nearby, too. Communication with the host was good. We encountered a couple inconveniences during our stay which were remedied straight away. Overall, our stay was nice, however, we found the apartment to be quite noisy until about 2:00-3:00 am and then noisy again during starting about 6:00 am.

This property was very close to the tube and on a great street with restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is very basic, which is fine. The front bedroom does not have a dresser or anywhere to put clothes. The closet in that room is mostly for storage. There are two dressers and a nice closet in the other bedroom. The bathroom in the front bedroom looks very nice but the toilet doesn’t work well, the faucet on the sink is very loose and so is the door knob and toilet paper holder. We were unable to figure out how to use the toaster, could be broken or user error. No microwave and the washer wasn’t working. No dryer. Wi_Fi goes in and out and isn’t very good in the bedrooms. The space itself is great. Big rooms and a nice living room and kitchen. The street was not very busy but you could hear everything going on outside, including people talking on their phones. I would give this apartment a 3/5 and would consider returning.

Don't mind to stay again!
The only not-so-good with this apartment was the illumination. Most of the lights were out of order in the dining area (2/3) and the kitchen area (4/5); even those on the other bed room (1/2). If the cleansing people could have reported the situation, surely the situation could be rectified easily. The collection of the keys was not as complicated as what I had imagined when I got the instruction. Don't mind to stay here again in the future, after all.

Great Clerkenwell location
Great location for business in the Clerkenwell area, but definitely for those who might be looking for a quiet stay - plenty of action in area in the nighttime, naming it a little noisy on occasions. The apartment itself was perfectly fine, expect we would have preferred access to a range of TV channels other than BBC iPlayer (No Freeview option available ?). Perhaps a little less furniture in the bedrooms and a better condition couch in the living room ?
