This is the perfect location place to start getting acquainted with London. Staff and proprietor are wonderful, caring, and helpful. Clean as a whistle. If you have any mobility issues, you should call ahead and ask for a ground floor room. (No lift/elevator). Great proximity to public transit (Paddington Express to Heathrow, bus lines, Elizabeth line, underground). Note: no icebox or microwave if you need such things. But given the proximity of excellent food and sights not a big deal at all.

Great location, kind service and clean rooms. A little noisy, but overall a good budget accommodation.

Would stay again.
The staff were lovely. The room was very adequate. It was on the smaller size, but perfectly normal for the UK. It was nice and quiet. Very convenient for the Metro and bus stops. Lots of restaurants. Negative would be the bed pillows, ours were very hard, and no hand soap in the bathroom. Maybe we could of asked for some, but didnt, just bought some to use. Overall, not bad and would stay again.

the taps in the bath room were very loose. The toilet seat was also very loose. This should not happen. room was ok but did not realize I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage even though it said floor 2. ( not)
