There is a large open plan living space with kitchen and dining area overlooking the fabulous garden (c120 ft)which has outdoor seating for 10 people on a lovely patio. There is also a drawing room.

The space
The house is a Victorian villa that was completely refurbished a few years ago to a high specification restoring many original features but also adding many ultra modern conveniences including integrated Sonos sound system in every room.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area overlooking the fabulous garden (c120ft) which has outdoor seating for 10 people on a lovely patio.

This room has a lovely seating area, with a beautiful fireplace, parquet flooring and overlooked by the owner's wine cellar. The TV is connected to a central AV system with two sky boxes, Apple TV, Netflix and a Blu Ray/DVD player. There is also a Lutron lighting system enabling lighting combinations to suit your mood. This is a family house and we are happy to provide toys and children play tables for our younger guests on request.

The fabulous hand painted kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking equipment and utensils. High quality glasses and crockery are also provided. There is a large american style fridge freezer and a five ring gas hob. There are two integrated hide and slide ovens an integrated microwave and integrated coffee machine. There is a further utility room which has a washing machine and dryer, baby changing area and 2nd sink.

The striking blue pannelled drawing room has sumptuous chesterfield sofa's and is a great place to relax and chat. There is also a hidden TV connected to the central AV system. There is a quirky downstairs WC with Thomas Crapper fittings.

Upstairs there are four beautifully appointed bedrooms. There is a hidden TV, connected to the AV system which swivels so you can watch a movie in bed or in the bath!

Bedroom 2 has a day bed which opens into a double. This room has a private balcony which provides views of the garden. There is a lovely fireplace and seperate cozy armchair.

Bedroom 3 has a super comfortable kingsize bed. Two comfortable armchairs either side of the fireplace. The room has great views of the garden and wider conservation area.

Bedroom 4 on the 2nd floor has double bed plus double sofa bed
