The Space • Living Area: Bright lounge with sofa, dining table, and direct access to the balcony. • Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, along with the essentials for home cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with standard beds and storage. • Bathroom: One bathroom with a shower and WC. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with outlook onto the street and nearby buildings. Things to be aware of (reflected in the price): • The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living.
