Modernistically decorated, this enchanting 3 bedroom house with a lovely garden is all you need for a perfect stay, large open kitchen with beautiful cemrete flooring, walking out into the garden, large TV room with a sofa bed and 3 modern bedrooms, perfect for family stays or with friends. The house has a travel cot, mattress and baby high chair ready for you to use. Located close to local super markets and restaurants all a 5 min walk from the house.
The space
Enjoy the warmer summer days outside with a lovely BBQ or enjoy a cup of tea in the kitchen looking out.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a lovely meal.
Coffee maker is a Dolce gusto.
Enjoy a day out in London by hoping on the nearest train( Leyton Midland Road) and visiting all the must see sights .

There is a keybox fitted at the house, you will be provided with check-in instructions before your arrival.
Other things to note
Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.
If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.
If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
A penalty fee of £150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke on the property.
