The Home: The ground floor boasts two receptions, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The front reception has a streaming TV, a plush sofa, and two armchairs. Ottomans and side tables complete the experience, making it an ideal space for socializing or unwinding. The back reception is a quiet and peaceful reading space overlooking the garden, which in spring and summer resembles a museum painting. Both rooms are well-lit, with doors and window shutters available for added privacy. A well-appointed washroom is also located on this floor. Ascending the stairs, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and a formal dining room overlooking the garden. If not, don’t worry—our trusted cat sitter will stop by as needed to ensure they’re well cared for, without disrupting your time. Please do ensure the cats are safely indoors before dusk for their own protection. And for their safety, please avoid letting them out the front door—our back garden is their safe space! 3\. Guest Limits & Visitors We ask that only registered guests stay overnight, though we’re happy to host small gatherings. We kindly request no loud parties or events, as we want to keep the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood intact. 4\. Quiet neighbourhood with excellent restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. The garden and wood-burning fireplace made it feel like home. This is the hosts' home, so it's not for those looking for a more sterile "hotel-like" experience, but a great spot to experience life in the Islington/Caledonian/Highbury area. ##### Thomas U. The house is thoughtfully and creatively designed, both welcoming and aesthetically distinctive. We loved spending time with the the cats, Frankie and Dr Che, who are both sweethearts.
