It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, mini refrigerator, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, microwave, oven, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. This corner and neighbourhood is full of coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants, which is amazing to start and/or end your day. The apartment is tucked back in the building so it is very quiet. Its a fantastic location, near Oxford street, and many great restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby. Its small but very sunny in the mornings and has everything you need. The downsides are that its on the 3rd floor and on the day we arrived the elevator was not working, so we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of narrow stairs. Therefore, I must contact Vrbo support to get it back. As for the reservation itself, it's in a really good location, it's small and suitable for one person or a couple, and yes, they require a security deposit of 600, and you have to go and pick up the keys at another location that's 2-3 blocks away, and the same goes for check-out.
