The living room was spacious, with a large sofa and a dining area, while the bedroom offered a very comfortable bed. The owner was not helpful at all. I had to send photos of the thermostat, the radiators and the boiler. Then I was asked to send the photos somewhere else. Still nothing was done!The photos of the flat on the website are very misleading. It Is tiny! There were no cushions on the sofa as in the photos and no rug on the floor as in the photos. The bathroom is a disaster. It is a toilet with a shower in it. And a tiny hand basin. The toilet doesn’t flush properly.The flat is on the fourth floor - not mentioned on VRBO. There are no instructions for using the tv nor the washer drier.The manual just lists all the penalties for damaging things, losing the keys, checking out late etc. Nothing of use to the renter. We never got the washer drier to dry anything.
