House is charming but needs better cleaning and also if you are planning to cook at house, there is need for more pots also fir pan is in very bad condition. There is no coffee machine which adds on your daily cost every morning you have to pay for your coffee from coffee shops and it is a problem if you are coffee morning person. Water boiler was super chalky noway to use it for me. Location is perfect. It has satisfied our needs we took it easy.
