I thought it was a hotel upon booking. I realized upon arrival, it was a hostel. Room had 1 bed, sink, a n d desk. No phone or TV. Bathroom was across the hall. Never interacted with live person. If I was mid twenties instead of mid fifties it wou l d have been different. I shoud have looked closer at ad. It was close to Buckingham palace. I would boʻk elsewhere next time. Host helped me by leaving key where I could get them upon check in. I should have done more research. I do not bla n e the company. We are all responsible for our own situatio n s.

Location, location, location. The excellent Westminster location of this room makes the drawbacks worth it. The room itself was big with a sink & mirror, along with a full desk - perfect for my husband to work on his laptop a bit. The 4 washing machines & 4 dryers were always available, and there’s a Tesco Express right around the corner, where we spent £3 on detergent pods (which we left the surplus of for the common good.) The lady at reception who checked us in was a delight, but that was a Wed afternoon, and we never saw her again. We had a 6-night stay from Wed to the following Tues; there was never anyone available at reception to assist with anything either in the mornings or evenings when we were back from sightseeing. The mattress was thin & the springs were painful; when we requested another duvet on our 2nd day, no one ever came through with any assistance. We also asked if someone could tell us how to make the hot water work in the rainfall showerhead across from reception, and no one ever responded to that, either. The bathroom across from our room was not cleaned once in almost a week. It was cleaned on the Mon before we left. We also weren’t told upfront that toilet paper is NOT supplied in the bathrooms - again, we bought our own at Tesco. Finally, the wifi signal is extremely weak, if you need it for big up/downloads, and the rooms have no airflow. But again: the location is awesome.

Es una torre de departamentos viejos, te asignan una recámara cuya cama es incomodísima ya que se aprecia que es vieja y el colchón no esta en buenas condiciones; el baño y regadera son compartidos con otras personas y en la habitación NO EXISTE VENTILACIÓN, hay una mini ventana de 10cm que no abre más y no entra el aire, en tiempo de calor fue terrible, no podía dormir, el cuarto se calentaba fatal. No lo recomiendo para nada.
