Could do with a coat of paint, 3 light bulbs out, hob didn’t function properly, several saucepans not induction compatible, no toilet roll holder, no shower shelf for soap etc, very poor towels, no bath mat, hot water pressure in basin minimal, no lift access to second floor, limited TV …no access to free to air TV. No instructions for use of induction hob , TV. For the money paid the whole place needed tidying up from the entrance in. Having said that management did attempt to resolve a number of the issues and were generally helpful but telling us they were busy and appreciated our patience was not helpful. We moved out by the time a number of the issues were addressed so the next tenant would be the beneficiary of our efforts.
