Really good alternative to a hostel and definitely more private. First night was great, got to sleep quickly - a little noisy with people coming and going. Second night however was a different story, had a man talking on the phone from 7pm to 11:45pm in both the pods and communal area, coming in and out the building. There was a confrontation with another gentleman about this man, to the point where I genuinely believed that a fight was going to break out.

For one night where you just need a place to sleep but want a bit more privacy than a hostel, Cosmos is a good option. There are no staff on site but they are fast responding when contacting over whatsapp so I did not feel as if the site is not unmonitored. The local area is not bad and on the couple of occasions I have stayed here, the area was quite at night but it is a little off the main roads. I will almost certainly be using Cosmos Capsule again in the future.

For a bed for a night when you are out late, this is a convenient and comfortable choice. I will be staying here again in the near future. You ideally need to contact the hotel directly the day before arrival to provide your details and booking number before they will send you access codes and other information. Apparently, they do not receive this information directly from Expedia.

As a solo traveller, I find this type of accommodation convenient and private for a reasonable price. The property and pod were clean and tidy on arrival. There is a basic kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee/tea facilities. The state of the communal area and the comfort of your stay has a lot to do with the people that are staying at Cosmo the same time you are. During my stay my fellow travellers were quiet, but their level of clenliness were left to be desired. Some did not use the shower curtain in the bathroom which resulted in a soaked bathroom and water running into the second toilet and kitchen area. Overall a pleasant stay.

Decent!

Great option for a cheap night in London. The pods were clean and spacious. You can hear people in other pods but it was quiet through the night. Overall, very good value for money for a single person.

Location is very convenient for the overnight trips I need to do to the office. Pod is small, but if you only intend to sleep it’s perfect. There is good communal space, which I didn’t make use of but is available. 2 toilets and a shower for the 12 single occupancy pods, even with the morning rush it wasn’t too hectic.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The place was totally spotless. The Staff were amazing and so very helpful. After having a mini stroke upon my arrival and needing extra support and nights they were more than helpful. Pros - Excellent communication from staff prior to stay as well as during, Pod was spacious and I liked that you could altar the air con to your personal needs rather than a set temp for every guest and liked that the pod gave you an added level of privacy you don't get with regular hostels. Cons - Only 1 Shower between the 12 guests, pods can be quite noisy, you hear every time one of the other guests gets in or out of there's as very creeky. Guests extremely loud in the common room this morning talking very loudly, would benefit having a staff member on site for things like that.
