Property Layout: First Floor: Your private room + shared kitchen and bathroom (shared only with one other guest room) Top Floor: A self-contained studio with its own kitchen and bathroom (hallway access only, no shared use of your amenities) Ground Floor: A private one-bedroom flat with a separate entrance (no access to the first floor) This setup offers both comfort and privacy with very limited guest overlap and a quiet, respectful atmosphere.
