Health authorities should close down this hotel

Posted 09-May-2017
Let's be honest. I didn't see all the rooms. But that particular room that i stayed should have been closed by health authorities! The carpet was breeding fungus! The blanket must have been collected from garbage. The water temperature was not stable. It was either sudden hot or cold. I had to wash my hair with cold water when weather tempreature was 10°! I caught a cold and still suffering of it. Worse is i have an advance booking for end of this month with its sister hotel! I emailed to complained and it was never responded. I read a review someone said do not stay in this hotel if you reapect yourself and i 100% agree. Health authority should inspect and close it down!

Horrible experience, the worst night in the hotel

Posted 22-Mar-2017
It was cold and loud the whole night. Staff were helpless. Eventually in the morning I felt even more tired than rested after such night.

Nice location to Apollo

Posted 29-Jan-2017
Room small, but simple and nice, just what we needed. Close to Apollo. Clean, and everything we needed was provided.

Hotel near to Hammersmith Apollo

Posted 14-Dec-2016
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice and as much as you wanted
Cons: Could do with a better carpet it was a bit frayed in places
Location: The hotel was in Shepherd's Bush/ Hammersmith near to plenty of shops and Hammersmith Apollo the bus station is not far away only 10 mins walk
Room small but had all that was needed bed was clean and comfortable we slept very well. Had tea making facilities and a small fridge if needed but the room was so hot we opened all the windows and turned down the heating

Get what you pay for

We stayed for a single night on a weekend trip and chose this place as it was cheap and claimed to have a 24 hour front desk. On checking in, there was no one on the front desk, but we were able to check in down the road in a sister hotel. On checking out there was no one at the front desk, nor was there anyone at the sister hotel; we just had to leave. The shower did not work in the room. Sadly we just missed breakfast as we had to leave before it started at 7/half 7, but as we were leaving it was nice to see the pastries had already been delivered outside on the floor in a cardboard box.

Avoid like the plague!

Posted 11-Nov-2016 on Hotels
Awful hotel - Arriving near check-in time, door was locked and no-one answered the bell! No-one answered the phone! Room was cold, radiator would only turn on to a small heat. Shower next morning was lukewarm, on a cold morning. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was very small. Previous guest had used cup and cutlery and they hadn't been cleaned for my stay. And, as if it wasn't bad enough, I needed a taxi next morning and the hotel person rang a friend, I presume, to quote me a 25 pounds fare for a short ride, less than 5 miles. Unbelievable! I turned them down! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
