Ok hotel, conveniently placed for a choice tubea

Everything was fine except the window In my room didn’t close - it was a skylight jammed open so found it very difficult to sleep with the sound of the constant sound of traffic, motorbikes revving and sirens. Other than that fine. Although wouldn’t ever consider paying the full price for these rooms.

On arrival we were not greeted very well, basically asked to cough up and sent to our room. The rooms are separated by a thin separation wall, full conversations can be heard by the neighbouring room. Outside noise is horrendous. The room inside was questionable, bathroom had mould in corners and in shower. No plug. The bedroom had two doubles squeezed in and was called a quadruple room, hardly any room to walk or change. Beds had not been cleaned underneath, we found an old pair of flip - flops. One bed was broken and there was no way of replacing it. Over all we had a terrible night. Thank goodness it was only one night.

Awful experience – won't be coming back. Our room was double booked and the guy on reception was pretty unhelpful.

Stayed here many times before and it's been fine but this time it was not to be. Room was disgusting, damp on the wall, carpet wet with leaking pipes and a horrible smell. Freezing cold, asked for a heater and told no. Only 1 pillow for 2 people, asked at reception to be told no it's was too late in the night and everyone was sleeping! Would never consider staying here again, beware of room 5 if you decide to stay!

My room was ready when I arrived I didn't have to wait. Quite stay no problem with booking in or booking out and a lot of choice at breakfast

No Air Conditioning

This hotel was described as having "air conditioning". This was not the case. Instead there were two oscillating floor fans.

somewhere to sleep

Hotel generally OK. Room was barely big enough for the small (uncomfortable) double bed. Had to climb over bed to reach window. As room was in loft, half the ceiling was too low to stand upright (I'm 5ft3) En suite modern, but a large spread of mould on ceiling put me off using the shower. Breakfast good & well served. Fine for a night.

very bad experience

Our experience with this hotel is a disaster. The room was advertised as having air conditioning. there was no AC and they could not even provide a fan. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold (valve was obviously busted) furthermore their policy is no refunds after check-in. I got a whold brunch of run around when trying to check out early. I have been defrauded and it seems my only recourse is with to dispute the charges with my credit card agency.
