It is very easily reached from all major airports and stations. Eurostar is less than 30 minutes away and Heathrow, Gatwick and London City airports can all be reached in under an hour. Other things to note Long term rates will automatically be applied for stays of 7 days or more. Early and late check in fees: We offer a flexible approach but there is a late check in fee: £20 for arrivals after 20:00 plus £20 for each hour after. Early check ins are dependent on availability and a fee will apply for morning check ins. For guaranteed check-in before midday, please book the night before. Please advise us as soon as possible if you expect to be late so we can make arrangements for a revised check in time. For longer stays, we clean and change linen once a week. Before even walking into the building, a lady rushed out asking for $50 cash because we got there early. Then, she started arguing with us because our 7 year old son was with us. She wouldn’t let us in until she called the owner who proceeded to charge us an extra $50 a day for our 7 year old son. The dryer didn’t work. The apartment is completely outdated. It has no AC and the weather was very hot during our stay. There was a numerous “house rules” that basically don’t let you do anything inside this very outdated place. This flat is as advertised. Communication was great and it was nice to be met by someone on arrival who ran through the workings of the flat. Worth noting that you are staying in a flat with people living above you. This comes with the associated sounds. Unfortunately for us the people upstairs must have been shift workers as they were most active from 11pm to 2 am. Not noisy or anything but you could hear the floorboards creaking and water running during those times. ##### Sarah J. Location was fantastic: 8 minute walk to Victoria tube, 20 mins walk to the first of the Westminster tourist sites. The apartment was clean and comfortable with enough space for two adults and two teens. The bathroom was a tight squeeze but we made it work and it is an easy trade off for a great location and a clean place! Liz and Rodney were very responsive, helped us with early check in, recommendations, etc. And, you MUST try the Artist Residence right around the corner - great breakfast, fun vibe. We would definitely stay here again as a family! ##### Chip S. My family and I were so happy with our stay (3 adults and 2 kids under 12). Wonderful location - very close to everything you need (great pubs/restaurants, grocery stores, Victoria Station, bus routes, etc). The flat was exactly as described and we had wonderful detailed communication with the property owner, and were also greeted on check in by an associate who showed us in. Was a very nice touch as helped us feel settled in and ask any questions we may have had. The flat is very comfortable and had everything we needed (the TV and Netflix, etc, was a bonus for the kids after long days out exploring the city). Would highly recommend! ##### Cheryl H. Remote control wasn’t working very well, the select button took a bit to work. The main point that needs to be made is the Bathroom is tiny, it was like washing in a cupboard.
