The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. Communication with the managers was wonderful. Once in the flat, it was pretty great! So close to Covent Garden and yet extremely quiet. It is the penthouse…and the only way to get there are lots of steps. Not a recommended choice for the elderly, physically disabled or anyone without good cardio. As promised, there is A/C, but only in the living room/kitchen (top floor). The bedrooms (lower level) do not have A/C…although fans did help to keep the rooms cool. ##### catharine l. The living area, which is beautiful and roomy, is 1 flight of stairs up from the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own toilet/bathroom. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We did have some critiques. Be aware that to access units 2 and 3, you must climb 2 steep, winding flights of stairs, and there is no lift/elevator. There is also another flight of stairs within the unit, between the bedrooms and the living room/kitchen. This was definitely a challenge for us with heavy luggage. Also being American, how to work the electrical and appliances was not intuitive. A folder or notebook with instructions would have been helpful. With that being said we loved the flat, and would stay again, if we were on a shorter vacation, with lighter luggage. Thenk you for a wonderful stay. ##### Yvonne T.
