The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. Communication with the managers was wonderful. Once in the flat, it was pretty great! So close to Covent Garden and yet extremely quiet. It is the penthouse…and the only way to get there are lots of steps. Not a recommended choice for the elderly, physically disabled or anyone without good cardio. As promised, there is A/C, but only in the living room/kitchen (top floor). The bedrooms (lower level) do not have A/C…although fans did help to keep the rooms cool. ##### catharine l. Was clean and plenty of room. If traveling with a lot of luggage going up / down the stairs is difficult but would only be an issue if you can’t physically navigate it.
