We had an emergency come up, and the owners were responsive in sharing information. The check-in and check out process was simple and easy. They communicated very well. It is about 10-15 minutes walk or less from pretty much any important tourist site in central London ! Access to various subway station options is just a 2-3 minute walk . Lots of dining and shopping options just minutes away . The apartment itself is reasonably sized for such a great location in London. We were a family of 5 and we managed well with the space . I felt very safe in this neighborhood. The place is slightly dated, but very clean . The owner is very responsive and easy to get a hold of if anything comes up .
