The space was as described, there is a separate bedroom and then main room with couch that turns into a bed. The porch area is off the bedroom, and while we appreciated the air conditioning a little, the space cools off well by opening the window and the bedroom door. The kitchen is reasonably stocked; there are pots and pans, plates, mugs, cups, wine glasses, a kettle and a french press for coffee. The laundry functioned well during our trip. Jo was easy to contact and had someone meet us with the key and we were able to checkout with minimal fuss. The location was perfect. It's on the edge of a residential area, with a park for kids near the Gregg's Sausage, 2 tube stations within a 10 minute walk and a short walk to Regent's Park for the flowers. There is a Sainsbury's just down the street for groceries; the only noise of note was from the nearby Mexican Restaurant during the world cup but that can happen anywhere during a major sporting match.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was excellent - access to multiple underground and bus lines. The unit was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We made many meals using the provided kitchen. The washer and dryer worked very well. Would stay again!

The unit is pretty small. While the photos provided are technically accurate, they make the apartment seem twice as big as it actually is. Poor communication with the host, it took an international phone call to get someone to come with the key. The air conditioning unit is not working. Granted, there wasn't much need for it, but on arrival the temperature inside the apartment was above 25 degrees. The location is at the edge between the touristy zone and the no-reason-to-go-there zone. Most places an international visitor might want to see are within 3 miles. Buses are running very well, if walking is not your thing. Hint: you pay with a contactless credit card right on the bus, no need to buy tickets. 1.75 pounds per ride, transfers included. There is a very good Mexican restaurant right around the corner, but otherwise the dining options are very limited. Bottom line: much too expensive for what it offers.
