At times it seemed cramped, but we spent most of our time outside the apartment seeing London and visiting with friends. There are a few playgrounds and parks within walking distance and a great fish n chips and small grocer just across the street. There was excellent communication before, during and after our stay. Questions were quickly answered and everyone we were in contact with for the apartment, including the cleaning woman, was very helpful and kind. The apartment is set-up well - from kitchen equipment to bedding and towels upon request. I would expect a few more dishwasher tabs or loo rolls for the four days we stayed, but in the overall scheme of things, the apartment worked out well and I have no complaints. The only thing I would suggest is to change the new parking requirements on the house information sheet. We were not informed that we had to pay for each day, plus the pass, so received parking tickets - which we are working on contesting. It's a great deal for its location, cleanliness, and communication. ##### Amber R. The Westfield Shopping centre is also within walking distance and you can get all your food supplies from an excellent Marks and Spencer Food Hall ot Waitrose so we could have breakfast and dinner at home. The flat has everything you need and has recently been refurbished so everything is new . There were pots and pans and everything you could possibly need for your stay.There were 8 of us staying there and it worked out really well especially since the toilet and bathroom were separate. Julia, the cleaning lady was really nice and helpful as was the owner, Nicolas who replied immediately to all my emails and phone calls. Great. I would definitely recommend it. ##### Paola F.
