    • The apartment is on the first floor, there is no elevator.

    • Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

    • Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

    • Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

    • In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

    • Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

    • For the security of our guests and our staff we have CCTV outside the building and in the common areas.

Great rental. Spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Full kitchen, and especially nice to have a microwave. Location was perfect; every convenience was nearby. Loved having the balcony overlooking The Strand. Fortunately, bedroom was quiet. Communication with the hosts was fantastic. We would definitely rent again.
