Terrible service...Had to book elsewhere!!!

No apartment available arrived with nowhere to stay walked to concierge was given keys finally at 3:30pm only to find other people where staying there and we had entered their room. Was told they would try to fondness me another apartment but went to stay in a hotel nearby and cost me an extra £80 A’s didn’t prebook in advance! Not Happy

This is a beautiful high rise building Roosevelt Tower. Nice view of the city from the 16th floor. Checking-in was abit cumbersome, and there is no parking on or around the premises. Otherwise the property is an apartment style with a beautiful kitchen, living room and a nice patio outside to sit and just watch the city. I have stayed in about 4 different properties in Canary Wharf. This is the best!!’
