Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of Westminster, London with this lovely 1-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building - NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this lovely 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, perfectly situated on Victoria Street in the heart of Westminster. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: Double Bed, Living room: Double Sofa Bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a toilet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A clothes washer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The neighbourhood feels grand and historic, and is ideally placed for visiting most of London’s major landmarks on foot. Victoria, Westminster, and St James’s Park tube stations are all within easy reach, and the South Bank is a short walk across the river.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). Our family had a fantastic stay at this lovely flat, which had everything we needed for a comfortable visit to London. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with all the essentials like a hair dryer, efficient heating (perfect for those chilly London evenings), a clothes washer, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to St. James’s Park and Westminster, we had easy access to London’s must-see landmarks. We took relaxing strolls to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament. It felt like living in a movie! The nearby St. James’s Park Underground Station made it super easy to hop on the tube and explore even more of the city. Honestly, if you’re visiting London, this spot is a winner!
