Check in was a nightmare, be careful to read property details as the kitchen is shared. The property is a flat divided into very small contained flats and the heat in room unbearable. Do not book if you have mobility issues as stairs leading down to some of the rooms have no bannisters and our room had a step in room which was a trip hazard. We checked out on arrival.

I'll start with the good. The place was clean, modern nice bathroom. The are was quiet and an easy walk to the tube. Bed was comfortable. The not so good, Check in was odd. I had to go to a close by store and give the code to get the key. I wasn't given a code, luckily my call was answered quickly and got the code and a key. I get to the building and there is no place for a key to go. I find a video they sent me on how to get in and the code was incorrect. Had to call again. Nobody answered but soon got a message on the app with instructions. I go in to find a hallway and stairs with maybe 6 rooms. This room is downstairs. The room was really small, maybe too small for two people w/ nowhere to sit but the bed. The fridge has no freezer. One night around 9 pm the only light in the room quit working. I sent a message on the app. No response. The next morning, I see a response :'thanks for letting me know." WHAT? I couldn't see in the room and I get that response?? Now the really bad. The kitchen is not in the room, it's shared. Now I didn't go to London to cook but I do no appreciate being deceived. It being shared wouldn't have turned me off, it's being lied to. Usually a kitchen that's part of a rental has some supplies. But there was nothing. An oven yes. but nothing to cook with. I still give 3 stars bc it was quiet, clean, and close to my son that I was visiting. Just be aware.
