He sent very clear easy check in instructions as well as manuals for the workings of the apartment. Stefan checked in several times during our stay to see if we had any needs or questions. Very attentive! We were delighted with how close the train station was making it quick and easy to get to all of the sights of London. Theaters, restaurants, shops are all within walking distance. Ideal location! We experienced very warm weather during our recent stay and were disappointed to find there was no air conditioning, just fans. They helped but there was very little airflow so sleeping was difficult. The beds, pillows, and couches were mediocre in comfort. The apartment is on the second floor of some rather steep stairs.
