Disliked: Property conditions & facilities

This hotel has plumbing issues. We stayed there last weekend as well & it was the same complaint. Cleaning left a lot to be desired? The TV didnt work- flat batteries? The towel rail was covered in dust?? The microwave was dirty inside… Even for a low rate of £125 the single room wasn’t worth it.,. I told reception about the problems. He was apologetic but that doesn’t solve the problems?
