Perfect location, near to Kings Cross Station so very useful and convenient. The room was basic but clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Most staff brilliant - very friendly to me and my young child. A few less helpful.
Requested a bed change or some sheets to change it myself when my child peed the bed - asked two different staff - but wasn’t done. Booked a family twin room but got a double - not enough room for us.
Ideal for a crash space for a night away, but didn’t work for me bringing a child for 4 days.
All that said, friendly staff.

basic hotel, cheaper than the others in the area.
It's a good value choice.
I’m not sure who is giving this property 5 stars, but this street and property are extremely run down. Everything is stained and scuffed. The carpet has what looks like old gum worn down into it. Only plus was that the staff were nice. Bathroom was clean, but again, worn down.
