It was on a great street with cafes, shops, and restaurants and was a very short walk to the tube. It is also a 5 minute or less walk to the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park which is a lovely area you have to check out. The check in process was easy, though it does involve picking up and dropping the key off about 5 minutes away. Maria was communicative in the check in and check out process. It is close to a grocery store and various other fruit vendors. My communications with Maria were brief but helpful. I would highly recommend the flat. One consideration. The unit contained everything a couple would need for a stay in London. The unit was also clean. In addition, the property is a few minutes from the Lancaster Gate Underground Station and a 10-minutes walk to Paddington Rail Station. Also, there are a number of cafes and restaurants on the block. Unfortunately, our electric in the kitchen area went out the day we arrived. Two days later a water leak under the kitchen sink knocked out the power. Maria quickly responded and got maintenance people to take care of the problem. The bed was very uncomfortable as there was no box spring to provide support for the mattress and you could feel springs. Walking distance to Paddington and Lancaster Gate made it very easy to get around the city. Check in process is ok but not convenient. It would have been nice to have some extra towels and toilet paper since we stayed more than a week. Otherwise a good stay. ##### Sarbaree R. I would have liked a small chair that I could sit in to read, but otherwise the flat had everything I needed. Due to a water problem, I had to move (to another flat in the same building) midway through my stay, which was a bit inconvenient but nobody’s fault.
