The apartment was very cold no radiators were working had to sit in our coats and the bedrooms were freezing there was a little heater that we found in a wardrobe which helped a bit

The property was in a great location to the Tube, stores and restaurants. The main issue with the property had to do with their lack of good mattresses. Despite them changing my room mid-stay due to the condition of the mattress in the initial room, the second room likewise had a very bad mattress. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels replaced as well. The breakfast was of a continental type with the same items each day. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The location, around the corner from Paddington Station, was easy to maneuver. We included the breakfast in the reservation and were pleasantly surprised by the full buffet of cereal, yogurt, ham, cheese, breakfast rolls, bread and more. We traveled with young kids and were accommodated well.

For London price and location were good. Average hotel but if you stay for 2-3 days this is the place! The area is very quiet but with some restaurants/coffee/kind of groceries option. Near the red and circle line (very important for tourist).

Had a wonderful stay and the location is great. Easy access into the centre of London with tube station a couple of minute walk. Staff were excellent and rooms and reception where good quality.

The springs were puffing up in my bed I asked them to turn over the mattress or get me a new mattress they put blankets down and then the sheets on top of it. The staff was extraordinary really good the breakfast was terrible. The rooms would not very clean

Basic hotel in a great location. We knew it was basic and that rooms are small while booking, but the heater and TV didn't work and there was no shampoo. Not even the basics we're met for the hefty price.

It’s a super small room for what you pay for. Didn’t like I had to use the room key in a slot to get the electricity to come on in the room. Morning breakfast was lacking and could use more variety.

Location ideal- within walking distance to tube station. Not a very long walk into main central London shopping areas. The hotel was lovely. Our room was too warm most of the time and the bathroom wasn’t very spacious- manageable all of the same.

It was a horrible experience. The beds were horrible to the point where it was depressing. The room was EXTREMELY small, old really old and disgusting. We had no choice because our flight was canceled and we had to stay there. The shower was so tiny that we had to step half our bodies out to be able to shower completely. The rugs were old. The hallway was a laberynth with old rugs and smell. The upsetting situation was that on your website the rooms looked decent and new. What a terrible experience we had. I booked two rooms. Because my mother is a senior and her experience was just as bad in her room.

The property is minutes via train from heathrow airport. The location has a street with many selections for eatting, drinking and very close to a metro stop. The room is what you pay for an I found it clean and nice. The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast is a bit overpriced compared to what you can get just outside. I would be happy to return to this hotel in future visits.

Not very helpful with room problems
TV didn't work, shower overflowed into room as outlet was blocked. nothing could be done until the next evening when we were moved into another room. Staff very unhelpful, but Manager very good when we checked out. Spoilt our weekend in London.

Just location is good
It was very noisy outside because of the traffic and the curtain and window are not enough thick to shut down outside noise and light. The location is ok, just a few minutes walk from the station.

First time in London
For the first time in London, didn’t expect there are no a/c in the hotel’s room. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace. Underground was a block away. There were many choices for the hungry one.

The room reasonably ok, but the bathroom way too small with a tiny shower, baby basin (ok to wash hand only ), main room a kettle provides but you have to put it on the floor by the door way in front of the bath room to be boil as there is only place that have sockets to be plugged in, there is one by the bed but not enough room . Room is very noisy in the early hours of the morning .

The exterior of this hotel is charming, but the interior does not match the exterior. We knew there was no air con and that the rooms were small. We did NOT know how small the bathrooms were. The two twin room we were given had a bathroom the size of a coat closet. My husband has broad shoulders and could not sit on the toilet without knocking the toilet paper roll off its holder. The sink was so small, I couldn't fill my water bottle so I don't know HOW we were meant to fill the kettle. We thought opening the window would help cool off the room when the cooler evening temperatures arrived. With the third-floor room overlooking an unappealing courtyard, there wasn't much of a breeze coming in the window, which we had to prop open with a hanger. The fan provided did little more than push hot air around the room. The London Plane trees not found in the states drove my allergies went nuts, so the open window was bad. We tried to give it a chance, but we gave up and booked an air-conditioned hotel near Lambeth. I will try to recover funds in full or part, but I doubt any success.

Hotel rooms are horrible. Room was tiny, en-suite was miniscule. Bed was hard, pillows flat. Only one very small towel each. One socket didnt work and hairdryer overheated and cut out within a minute of switching on. Breakfast was the best thing and that was barely adequate. Overall it was terrible

The property was so, so... carpet not maintained - with tears, not vacuumed. Breakfast was continental, was ok. Family Room was small and a little too hot. Location was great, close to restaurants, bus and subway. However, parking was a challenge.

The only thing good about this property is the location, one block from London Paddington Station. Otherwise, unless you are a single backpack traveler, avoid it. I stayed with my wife and two children and was placed into a 10ft x 10ft room with no air conditioning. If you want ice, you have to go to the pub next door. As for the TV, my laptop has a bigger screen and there are no signal. We used this as a way station for a trip to Spain and decided during that trip to move to a different hotel. I have traveled for many years and stayed on at all levels of hotels and hostels. As well as on cruise ships. This is the first review I have written, but thought it necessary to steer others away from this location. I cannot and will not recommend this "hotel"!

Guy checking us in couldn’t find the booking. Was very curt with us. Wasn’t helpful at all. Eventually found the booking but no apology was given. He didn’t tell us any information about the room, WiFi or amenities. Room was good clean and comfortable. Shower good. Enjoyed our stay after bad start.
