David made our checkin process so easy by meeting us at the apartment and helping get us settled. Apartment was a comfortable size for our family of five. The location of the apartment is fantastic. Easy walk to two tube stations. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area and a great little pub just around the corner. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to eat in as well. The shower was so good. Lovely to come back after a day of sightseeing and have a nice hot shower. Beds were extremely comfortable. The Victoria & Albert museum, Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and Kensington Park are just a few blocks away. Very easy to walk to all those locations! Not to mention Harrods! The flat was very cozy and comfortable for all of us. Rada was amazing. They worked quickly to let us check in early wi the our little ones. It was very kind and thoughtful of them. We highly recommend this place. There are a few steps to get down to the flat. But it was easy. And the was plenty of sunlight. No complaints here.
