For those of us who had been before this was our first visit to Fitzrovia. We will be back as there is still much to explore in this neighborhood. The location of this house can’t be beat! It’s only a 5 minute walk to Oxford Street and 6-7 minutes to SoHo. It offers incredible walkability to multiple pubs, restaurants, clubs, and shopping. Next time we are in London we will be staying here 100% due to the great location! The house was very well maintained as well and the room and bed sizes were nice. There is a half bathroom on the second floor where the main living space and kitchen are located which is nice to access. The two full bathrooms with showers/tubs are upstairs on the fourth floor. We stayed here with multiple age ranges (senior citizens, adults, children aged 1 to 16) and everyone has no problem getting around the unit. Anyone who wants to stay will be on the third floor where the bedrooms start (3 on third floor, master on 4th with 2 bathrooms). You won’t be disappointed!!!!!! The location was convenient, and the kitchen was well-equipped (although the extractor fan didn’t seem to work, causing the smoke alarm to go off while cooking just two slices of bacon for breakfast). The major issues, however, were the lack of hot water and heating during our 2 nights stay. On the first day, the boiler broke down, leaving us without hot water and unable to shower. The following day, the heating failed entirely, forcing us to rely on portable heaters at night. Being without these basic necessities in December is a significant discomfort, and it falls far below the minimum standards expected, especially given the cost of the accommodation. What made the situation worse was how the hosts handled it. While we appreciated their responsiveness, the solutions provided were ineffective, and the attitude of minimizing the inconvenience was disappointing. ##### Alessia P.
