Across from the building lies a construction site, although the flat is well insulated and bedrooms are situated at the rear of the building, noise-sensitive guests may still find the construction noise disturbing. \*\* We might request a short viewing of the property no more than once during your stay. \*\* Please note that due to previous feedback about light shining into the bedroom , we have now installed a black-out film on the bed room internal window as of 14th April 2025 House Rules 1\. Tidiness and Cleanliness: Ensure the apartment remains neat and clean throughout your stay. Tidiness should be maintained until your departure. 2\.
