Took two flushes to clear the toilet. Not hot water in the shower for two of three days we stayed and maintenance did not fix it after being reported. Front desk was great at trying to accommodate needs, but they can't control other departments that let the experience go sideways. Front desk, both staff members were cordial, kind, and efficient. Everything is close by with a grocery on the next block, 20 mid-level eats 1/2 block away and high-end same block. Walk to Fortnum, the Palace, etc.. Parking 2 blocks away and in an inexpensive underground on Chesterfield.
