So not great on that score.We were very dispappointed by only a 10 pound discount from a total of 812 euros plus parking when we told him that there would only be one bedroom required as our friend could not come due to her son being hospitalised. The stairwell & outside looks a bit rough but it’s not the hosts fault. He has plants hanging on his landing which adds a pleasant ambiance. We felt very safe overall. The neighbors all seemed very nice as well. The fiat is on the top floor but it’s an easy walk up and we liked the exercise. The location is in a residential area that’s easy to access via public transportation or Ubers etc…It’s a quick easy walk to a very nice park.Lots of good shops all around.Very diverse local population, which we appreciated.I highly recommend staying here.It was affordable, spacious, has great energy in the flat and Paolo is a wonderful host.You can see the sunrise from the kitchen and the sunset from the living room. Viele Multicultisupermärkte mit günstigem Obst und Gemüse. Auch ein Aldi und ein MS sind in der Nähe. U-Bahn und Bus fahren war einfach. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
