IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

- Age restriction: The primary guest booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. Families with children are welcome.

- Main booker: Keys will only be handed to the person who made the booking unless agreed in advance. Valid ID will be required at check-in.

- ID & Security: For security and fraud prevention, the person making the booking must complete passport or ID verification before arrival. They will be redirected to our booking management platform to complete the verification.

- Guest numbers: Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests so that linen and towels can be provided accordingly.

- Key policy: Two sets of keys are provided. Lost keys or lockouts incur a £100 replacement fee.

- Smoking and pets are not allowed.

- House parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund if this rule is violated.
