"Great location near the Tower Bridge, river Thames and Tube(subway) access only a short distance away. Nice variety of restaurants within walking distance. Concierge desk was great to assist with tours, recommend recommendations for things to see and complete arrangements."

"The room was dirty, only the bedsheets abs the towels were clean, there wasnt even a hand towel. There was no kettle in the room. There were pubes in the shower and lots of dirty marks on the walls."
