The Cumberland, London
Waited 15min to check into room. Wet patches on the floor with a damp smell. Food ordered from room service was horrible and not value for money. Reception staff not helpful when I asked questions. Would not recommend and certainly not value for money.

The Marble Arch Hotel, by Thistle
Arrived early and if i checked in before 2pm, i would have to pay 200 pounds. Thereore i waited 4.5 hours in lobby after a 6+ flight to be able to check in at 2:45 pm.
