"Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. "Loved every single thing about staying here: wonderful accommodating host, PERFECT location right next to high street and The Pantiles, gorgeous garden to sit in, extremely comfortable bed and couches, gorgeous bathtub, adorable little lane to walk on, and just the most beautiful view over Tunbridge Wells. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, in fact, I fully plan to in the future!"

"The house is really poorly soundproofed. From inside and outside. We took only ons shower there. We had warm water for 1 minute and then it went to very cold water. We wouldn‘t recommend the accommodation for a longer stay. We stayed there for 3 nights."
