Excellent all around experience. The staff was all so nice and helpful. We had a baby and they were patient and kind to us throughout our stay. The room was very nice and shockingly quiet despite the bustle outside. I saw some reviews complaining about noise but the windows were all sealed and it was very quiet.

I loved everything about my stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and seemed to genuinely care about hotel and London experience rather than seemingly cycling through a rehearsed training programme which was refreshing. The hotel itself was incredible; the aesthetic, the feel, the vibe I just loved everything about it. The icing on the cake was how it all tied into the graphic novel and how you felt part of that wonderful adventure with so much to see, explore and photograph (oh so many pictures)!! There has been a lot of care, attention and love put into the hotel project to create the unique experience. All the usual things are on the checklist, cleanliness good food etc... and a special shout-out to the mind-blowing hokus pokus cocktail bar without visiting your stay is not complete. Absolutely perfect location for easy access to all major underground tube stops, the train station, and direct trains to Heathrow. The hotel is wonderful and exceptionally quiet for being in such a busy area. We had a small problem with our room on the last night of the stay through no fault of the hotel. But the staff were very quick to make it right and upgraded us immediately to another room. Exceptional service!!! Wonderful value as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

There were large areas of mold in the shower. When I checked out, I showed the manager photos of the mold and he said I would be hearing back from him. I never did hear back from him. The floor was uneven with some gaps in the flooring. The room furnishings were rundown.The corridors of the hotel were very narrow and the lobby was tiny. The hotel was advertised as luxurious, but I disagree. I paid just under $300 USD for my room.

Very cool property with outstanding food in Spagnolettei restaurant and a very unique style bar, Hocus Pokus. Fantastic bathroom and bedroom decor. Would have given it 5 stars but our room was too hot to sleep in even after a call to the front desk hours earlier.

We really love this hotel! It is right across the Prancas Station and Kings Cross. There are lots of walkable restaurants. Best one was North Sea Fish. Hotel can give you a lists of good restaurants. Staff at this hotel was so nice and very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was very nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. If we come back to London we’ll stay here again.

Whenever we come to London, this is where we stay. Jo and the team make everyone feel welcome, the rooms are great, and the convenience to St. Pancras/King’s Cross is a huge plus.

Bed super comfortable, room very fun and hip, as with the whole hotel. Restaurant good.Amazing croissants and service. Excellent location to train station (across the street) the only funky thing are the bathrooms. They need improvement.

Lovely stay
Myself and husband really enjoyed our stay at the Megaro Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was amazing. We stayed in one of their corner rooms overlooking Kings Cross station, which is a win for my people watching hisband. The room was quirky and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, it even came with a complimentary mini bar. They store you luggage before and after check-in/out, so no need to drag them around London with you. The breakfast was delicious and again service there was great. So all in all a great stay and we would highly recommend it.

Lost its way - not as advertised on hotels.com
Poor service; poor quality bedding not In line with what was offered on website and paid for; blood on the carpet of the room we stayed in; cleaning products including bleach, and rubbish left unattended outside the lift on a Saturday night at 8:30 that anyone could have done anything with. Breakfast service poor, nobody around first floor -had to wander around to find someone to help having been ignored by chef; staff dropping crockery when unloading dishwasher and then blaming one another loudly; cold coffee and tea once our request for milk was finally responded to. Service when concerns raised non-existent. We shan’t return.

Fabulous boutique hotel
Wonderful stay to celebrate a birthday, hotel went above and beyond to help celebrate the occasion. Great service throughout best place for pupils transport as it’s a stone throw away from King’s Cross and St Pancreas station and about 10 mins walk from Euston station.

The Megaro’s location is perfect for anyone planning to use the Tube or the Eurostar. The room could be cleaner but the sheets and bathroom were immaculate. The staff were very professional and helpful. The Megaro has a fun Steampunk vibe when you enter. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was lovely pertaining to the actual property. They are renovating, and there is some construction work happening outside of the hotel, but that’s progress, and they have to do that sometime. Love the mouse statutes all over and the cocktail bar was superb! You should sell little versions of the mouse as a memento for customers to buy. Will absolutely go back.

it was our first time staying here, we had a wonderful welcome at reception and we were kindly upgraded to a fabulous room on the 6th floor, wonderful views, such a beautiful room and the comfiest bed and pillows, enormous bathroom ... all so cooly decorated ... loved it .. definitely will stay again.

Incredible stay!
An amazing hotel. Staff in the hotel, resturant and cocktail bar were all incredible. We stayed in the room with the terrace and it was beautifully decorated and very very comfortable. There was a little noise from outside but this is to be expected when staying opposite King's Cross, so did not affect my score. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Greg and Alice were amazing staff in particular.

Unbelievable stay at The Megaro! This place welcomes you with a quirky yet elegant feel upon entry, and then the lovely warm smiles of the staff at the Reception quickly follow. Having stayed in many 5 star hotels across London, I can safely say that the service here was by far the best we've received to date. There's something very valuable about having people who genuinely wish to speak to you, help you whenever necessary and who go above and beyond to ensure you're happy during and after your stay. The Megaro is a boutique gem that takes you immediately away from the hustle and bustle of London and into what feels like a time machine! The decor is top notch, the bar is beautiful! The only quarm is the opening hours of the bar and cocktail lounge; I wish it would have been open to enjoy a little earlier and for the Hocus Pocus Apothecary - a little later, as we missed our opportunity to enjoy it at 11 pm (it's supposed to stay open until midnight). Aside from that, we cannot praise the staff enough. The room was stunning -- funky vibes with a luxurious twist. The suite was well-equipped with snacks and beers and it's always a plus to have an assortment of offerings available for tea and coffee too! Thanks for a wonderful stay, for the fabulous service from everybody - night and day - and we look forward to seeing you again soon! :-)

Quirky hotel

I only stayed one night, so didnt get to try every restaurant and bar, butbwhat I did expereince was excellent. This is a super cool hotel in the best possible location for St. Pancreas and King's Cross stations.
