The apartment features free Wi-Fi and welcomes guests with a bright living area equipped with a sofa, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine and toaster. The living room opens onto a private covered porch furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and lunches, and overlooks the private garden. The layout continues with the master bedroom featuring a double bed and spacious wardrobes. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, and a second bedroom with a single bed plus an additional pull-out single bed, completing the layout of this spacious and comfortable apartment—ideal for relaxing holidays on Lake Garda. Guests have access to air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Public parking spaces are conveniently available right in front of the residence. The residence swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. A swimming cap is required.
