10/10 Excellent

A wonderful villa in a quiet neighbourhood

We were a group of 14 people - 4 kids, 8 adults, visiting the villa for a week in September. It's a very quiet, huge place, well maintained and furnished with a lot of style. The open space is great, the kids were playing around for hours. Plus sides: plenty of space in the house, all the equipment you need for your stay (cooking, washing, bbq, etc.). The pool is fantastic, the view is breathtaking. The village itself (Theologos, 5 mins drive) has wonderful restaurants, a big market, fish stores. The owners are really nice, reaction time was within minutes. Down sides: the rooms are tricky, too small actually, not all with ac, but good enough since you'll only sleep there. The beaches around are mediocre. Overall - villa is worth every penny.
