Situé a 20-25min à pied de la mer ( jolie paysage mais sable grossier si on marche plus on trouve une plage quasi déserte). Logement : Appartement propre a l'arrivé. Manque d'équipements cuisine ( micro onde, éléments cuisine et un lave vaisselle lol) Lit chambre confortable Lit clic clac bien pour 2 nuits sinon une catastrophe Attention au bruit du premier étage c'est mal insonorisée Belle vue de la terrasse Point à revoir: Nous sommes prévu à 4 pers. nous n'avons eu que 2 oreillés, 1 seule couverture, 2 serviettes de bain (Je pense que lorsqu'on réserve pour 4 un minimum d'accueil/organisation peut être mis en place) Le jardinier, très gentil monsieur mais sur une semaine monsieur passe un jour là tondeuse a 9h, le lendemain a 9h le rotofile, et le surlendemain a 9h le souffleur, alors oui la résidence est clean mais où est le respect des vacanciers ? La piscine : Interdiction de tout (saut, jeux, musique...), à 19h30 le jardinier vient tout enlever alors que c'est 20h sur les horaires! Nous avons aussi eu beaucoup de vol lors de notre séjour faites attention à vos affaires (Notamment a la machine à laver qui est en commun) Agence difficilement joignable (tel/mail) Récupérer clef a agence Olbia pas pratique Belle résidence mais manque de qualité pour satisfaire les clients ##### amelie M. Die Anlage ist ohnehin wunderschön und völlig ruhig! Zwei Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Interhome war bei Fragen super freundlich und bemüht. Appena tornato dalle vacanze e già rimpiango quel piccolo angolo di paradiso. Ho avuto la casa qualche ora in anticipo rispetto al check-in previsto gratuitamente arrivando con la nave presto in mattinata. L'agenzia di ritiro delle chiavi è comodissima rispetto a porto e aeroporto e il responsabile super gentile e disponibile. Casa pulitissima e ordinata all'arrivo, terrazza vista mare strepitosa, acqua calda funzionante, pentole nuove, piscina perfetta. Insomma, che posso volere di più? Appartamento sudicio (periodo post Covid) per terra riso, pinoli, polvere, capelli, bagno altrettanto sporco,camera idem, parte esterna ancora peggio, frigorifero minuscolo e rotto (foto dettagliate inviate in agenzia).Un susseguirsi di attribuzioni di colpe fra proprietario ed agenzia. ...
