Great apartment with spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and beautiful sea view..kitchen supplies very mediocre. Check in/out practical but impersonal. BUT BEWARE: it is forbidden to jump in the pool (my teenagers were even filmed when they did this once!) and CLOSED between 12-16\. Suitable for families with young children or people without children. WIFI only available in public places. AIRCO is not air conditioning because it cannot be set lower than 25 (!!!!) Degrees. This really made the stay a lot less attractive for us for this price! Kleinere Beanstandungen wurden direkt behoben. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Im Außenbereich blühen überall Blumen. Großzügiger Terrassenbereich sowie zusätzlich eine kleine private Dachterrasse. Wir wurden beim Einchecken darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich bei dem Gemeinschaftspool um einen "silent Pool" handelt. Spielgeräte etc, sind darin nicht erlaubt. Für uns mit unseren größeren Kindern war dies kein Problem. Mit kleineren Kindern mag dies etwas problematisch sein. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche schöne Strände. Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, luminosa con 3 mega porte finestre che danno su 3 terrazzine/balconi e un giardino sottostante. Sul tetto si trova un'altro piccolo terrazzo con sdraio dal quale si ha una vista strepitosa sul mare e l'isola di Tavolara. Semplicemente fantastico! Il Giardino e le piante sono super curate, tutta la struttura è molto pulita e ordinata. Bello anche il campo da Tennis e la piscina. There is private parking under a shaded area. The apartment is in a prime location with amazing views overlooking the sea. A couple of minutes walk away from the pool, which was perfect, as it wasn’t overlooked at all. Grounds were superb with flowers everywhere. A maintenance person was there keeping it in great order. Inside the apartment it was very spacious with 3 balconies. Great size bedrooms. Small kitchen.
