"The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators."

Breakfast is average for the EUR 32. If you wanted an omelet or fried eggs, it was extra EUR 8. You leave with the impression that the hotel was trying to monetize small details such as when they knocked on our door to sale us coffee or water. Hotel lobby needs improvement. The hotel claims to have a rate discount with partner gym, but for EUR 35 a day, it does not look like a good deal. Overall a bit pricey due to the highlited weaknesses."

"Th reception desk staff were very helpful getting us taxis. Your first drink at the bar after 6:00 is free every day and the bartender is very nice. I didn’t care for the breakfast buffet - cold eggs and raw bacon. But there were a lot of other choices, so I didn’t go hungry. The room was very nice and clean with walk-in shower. It's a beautiful hotel with courtyard gardens. Very comfortable beds. Within walking distance of the Duomo, LaScala, shopping and great restaurants. "
