for the best experience, we recommend a 4-wheel-drive vehicle to access your stay, the driveway is steep, but it leads to some of the most beautiful views on the property. for those without 4x4, parking is available at the base of the hill, with a brief, steep walk up. we encourage guests to arrive during daylight hours, as the natural landscape can be more difficult to navigate after dark - especially your first time on the farm.

Beautiful, secluded, relaxing & fun spot for the whole family.
I loved how secluded & "in" the trees the cabin was with just a short walk to the pond. My 14 year old son loved running down there to fish pretty much whenever he wanted. I could see him from our back deck area so that was a comfort.

Goodland was wonderful!
We had such a wonderful stay at Goodland Hocking Hills and could not recommend it more! The owners welcomed us with farm-fresh eggs, fresh bread, and herbs, and introduced us to the barn animals. We loved being able to enjoy the scenic property, relax by the fire, explore the trails, and fully unplug for a couple of days. Everything felt incredibly intentional and well cared for

We loved the Primrose and had a wonderful time, and can’t wait to return!
Absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about our stay. The cabin is beautiful, we loved sitting at the table looking out the giant picture windows into the forest. Beautiful meadow right nearby where our kids had fun picking wildflowers. Also a good spot for stargazing. Kristy was so nice! She was great with our kids and seeing the animals was a highlight, and the trail to the farm is a great walk through the woods. We were immediately thinking about when we’d be able to come back.
