Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. It took a good half hour for me to be able to take my coat off after I turned on our heat in our room. Our bathroom never really did get warm. Only other complaint is the dust/dirt on the Keurig. I wish there had been wipes of some sort to wipe it off. The hotel is staffless, but provides clear instructions. The rooms and building feel secure and there is a coffee machine in the lobby. The room was a little dimly lit for provides all necessities for a traveler on a budget. One surprise was that the provided shampoo and conditioner were really nice (at least for my hair). Was accommodated for that by being placed in a different room which was even dirtier than the first. There is virtually nothing to hold onto except the faucet, shower head, and tubes of soap. Nothing that can hold a person up. Even the shower curtain tube is just a pressure bar held up by plastic cups. Such a liability. Access to instructions on the heating unit, the mirror would be helpful; in the welcome guide would suffice. The bathroom fan is SOOOO noisey. A 727 would make less noise.
